Description

Etimol Defoamer DFL-100 is an antifoam additive with a special formulation of chemical agents that reduces and inhibits foam formation in industrial process fluids.
The additive was specially developed for the EO-Cleaner (especially for the ETIMOL®-cleaning types) to avoid foaming or to break an already formed foam.
Etimol Defoamer DFL-100 prevents foaming of the cleaning bath during spraying and rinsing. The additive extends the process window and compensates for the reduced cleaning performance due to process-related contamination.

Safety (occupational safety/environment/transport):
Additional information on the ingredients (hazardous substances), safe handling, storage, transport and disposal can be found in the current safety data sheet (SDS, SDS, MSDS).
The components of EO-Defoamer DFL-100 have a very low order of toxicity, although prolonged contact with the skin or contact with the eyes may cause some irritation.

Application/Dosage Etimol Defoamer DFL-100:
Addition of 1 – 30 % defoamer – The concentration needed varies greatly depending on the foaming problem
