Description
Etimol Defoamer DFL-C is an cocentrate of antifoam additive with a special formulation of chemical agents that reduces and inhibits foam formation in industrial process fluids.
The additive was specially developed for the EO-Cleaner (especially for the ETIMOL®-cleaning types) to avoid foaming or to break an already formed foam.
Etimol Defoamer DFL-C prevents foaming of the cleaning bath during spraying and rinsing. The additive extends the process window and compensates for the reduced cleaning performance due to process-related contamination. This high-performance concentrate is very effective even in very small amounts.
Safety (occupational safety/environment/transport):
Additional information on the ingredients (hazardous substances), safe handling, storage, transport and disposal can be found in the current safety data sheet (SDS, SDS, MSDS).
The components of EO-Defoamer DFL-C have a very low order of toxicity, although prolonged contact with the skin or contact with the eyes may cause some irritation. Application/Dosage Etimol Defoamer DFL-C:
Addition of 0,1 – 10 % defoamer – The concentration needed varies greatly depending on the foaming problem
Customer added value
Very effective, already works in very low dosage
Designed for cleaning systems that require high defoaming efficiency (defoaming power) in adverse conditions and are stable over a longer period of time
