Description

EO-B-002B/X is universally suitable for wave, selective and hand soldering of PCBs as well as strand tinning. Accordingly, it contains organic, halide-free activating additives with di-carboxylic acid activator complex in a combination specially tuned to the thermal requirements of the soldering processes. EO-B-002B/X can be applied by brushing, spraying, dipping etc. The solids content is 3 wt.-%.
