Description

The HTW-48 contains halide-free activators and was specially developed for dip tinning, manual soldering processes and strand tinning. In principle, the application can be carried out in any way adapted to the individual case (spray fluxing can only be determined by preliminary tests due to the high solids content).

Recommendations for processing this flux:
This flux is very versatile. Good results have been achieved both in manual soldering and dip tinning as well as strand tinning. The generally applicable rule that the amount of flux applied should always be as low as possible also applies to this product.
This flux can also be used to “PREFLUX” components that will only be tinned or soldered at a later stage.
