Description

HTW-49 contains halide-free activators and was specially developed for dip tinning, selective and hand soldering processes as well as for cable assembly.
In principle, the application should take place in any way that is adapted to the individual case (application by spray fluxing can only be determined through preliminary tests due to the high solids content).
HTW-49 is totally free from corrosion action.

Recommendations for processing this flux:
This flux is very versatile. Good results are available for hand soldering, selective processes and dip tinning as well as for cable assembly / strand tinning. The generally applicable rule that the amount of flux applied should always be as low as possible also applies to this product.
This special Flux is also suitable for “PREFLUXEN” due to its formulation. Components can be pre-treated with this flux that will only be tinned or soldered at a later point in time.
