Our EO-NOZZLE-PROTECT 1.0 was developed to protect solder nozzles (especially in the selective soldering). The unique formulation forms a protective film around the nozzle and thus protects against oxidation, dross formation and corrosion without affecting the soldering and tinning process. This special protective film is very temperature-resistant and shows no reaction to chemical, physical or external influences. The stable protective fluid is very economical and durable and leaves no residues such as resinification, sticking and carbonisation (pyrolysis).
The exceptional formulation of EO-NOZZLE-PROTECT 1.0 increases the service life of the solder nozzle.
Recommendations for use:
We recommend renewing the protective film regularly by simply re-dispensing.
For precise dispensing, we recommend our ‘Microliner TIP PEN’ (metal TIP 40 mm). Dispensing is carried out using a thermally stable metal dosing needle (length: 40 mm) by lightly pressing the left and right pressure chambers.
