Description

The solder tincture WFF is a halogenated flux for manual, repair and dip soldering. The Solder Tincture WFF is in particular suitable for soldering on ceramic substrates or for tinning stranded wires. The flux has a great temperature stability and a very good activation. The residue behaviour is very good. The flux residues are easily soluble in water.

Customer added value

  • Wide range of applications
  • Soldering on ceramic substrates
  • Braid tinning
  • Very good soldering properties (capillarity, wetting)
  • Broad process window (very high thermal stability, good activity over a long interval)
  • Very good residue behaviour (water-soluble)
  • Transport and storage safety even when cold
