Solar flux gels for solar module production
Emil Otto produces solar flux gels for the production of solar modules. The solar flux gels were developed especially for the soldering of solar modules, tabber and stringer material as well as for the connection of solar cells. They are based on the proven activators of the solar fluxes from Emil Otto and thereby prevent unwanted cross-reactions.
Optimal properties for solar module production
The solar flux gels are optimally aligned with the requirements of modern photovoltaic production. Thanks to a highly concentrated formulation, they provide outstanding wetting, spreading and soldering quality on tin-copper metallizations, which are increasingly replacing the previous tin-silver metallization.
The uniform activators in the Emil Otto solar flux gels avoid chemical interactions between different fluxes. This ensures a high level of process reliability and consistently high product quality.

Highly concentrated solar flux gels for precise work
The solar fluxes are applied with extreme precision using dosing syringes or metal needles. This ensures economic consumption and precise positioning of the flux.
All flux gels are non-corrosive and contain no halides. This reduces unwanted residues to a minimum and ensures reliable processing without additional cleaning steps.
Compatibility with our solar fluxes for maximum process reliability
The solar flux gels are based on the same activators as the proven solar fluxes from Emil Otto. This makes them ideal for series production and prevents unwanted cross-reactions.
We at Emil Otto are the only manufacturer worldwide that offers both fluxes and flux gels based on the same activator base for solar module production. As a result, customers benefit from consistent quality and a highly reliable soldering process.
