Flux pastes for electronics manufacturing

The flux pastes are paste-like electronic soldering fluxes. The pastes can be used for all kinds of manual and repair soldering. The method of application is dependent on the process. In manual soldering, the paste can be dispensed directly with the syringe. Furthermore, the flux paste is suitable for dip tinning as well as special applications. The flux paste can be processed using a hot air and soldering iron, but also with a soldering tip.

Flux pastes from Emil Otto ensure optimal wetting of the soldering surfaces and guarantee long-lasting, high-quality connections.

Flux pastes consist of a combination of fluxing agents, binders and fillers. Their main function is to remove oxide layers from the surfaces to be soldered and to distribute the solder homogeneously on the contact surfaces. This ensures a secure and stable electrical connection.

Since Emil Otto puts special emphasis on the composition of the pastes, an optimal soldering process and a high quality of the solder joints are ensured. Emil Otto provides customers with a broad range of flux pastes developed specifically for various soldering requirements.

Emil Otto has been involved in the development and production of fluxes for decades. Their flux pastes are not only the result of extensive research and development, but also offer numerous advantages:

The fluxes are characterized by a wide range of added values:

Precise application

Due to their pasty consistency, the fluxes can be applied precisely and evenly to the desired areas. This reduces the material requirement and achieves clean solder joints.

Optimal wetting

With the pastes, soldering surfaces can be wetted evenly. This improves the quality of the solder joints and increases the reliability of the assemblies.

Reduced cleaning effort

Many of Emil Otto's flux pastes leave barely any residue after the soldering process. This minimizes the cleaning effort and reduces production costs.

Wide temperature range

The flux pastes are suitable for a wide range of temperatures and soldering processes. This enables flexible application in various manufacturing processes.

The innovative products of Emil Otto enable companies in the electronics industry to optimize production processes and reduce costs while simultaneously increasing the quality of their products.
