Water-based fluxes for a sustainable electronics manufacturing

In the course of the customer-specific development of fluxing agents, our customers frequently expressed the desire for ecological, sustainable products. In the course of this, we have developed a broad portfolio of ecological fluxes.

We were not only concerned with an ecological end product, but also with environmentally compatible production and simplified transport. Our “Green Line” products are water-based and therefore completely ecologically biodegradable. They therefore do not fall into the classification of hazardous goods and do not burden the environment. The “Green Line” products can therefore be transported, handled and stored in a conventional manner. In particular the simple, conventional storage represents a significant added value for our customers. The products of the “Green Line” range include fluxes for wave soldering. All fluxes can be used on the production systems common in the market. The soldering results correspond with those achieved with alcohol-based fluxes. A switch to ecological, water-based fluxes is therefore readily possible for you. h.
