This flux gel was developed for electronic solar manufacturing and repair work. The activator base contains the same active ingredients as the comparable electronic flux EO-S-007, EO-S-007/FD.
The solar flux gel EO-S-007 is highly concentrated and is characterized by high activity and good wetting and spreading. Due to these properties, the paste should be applied sparingly. The gel is applied from a dosing syringe using metal dosing needles. These enable precise application and positioning of the flux.
EO-S-007 can be processed using hot air or soldering irons, for example, as well as reflow, dip tinning and many other processes. EO-S-007 is a non-corrosive flux gel.
